About Elena
I have had Endometriosis for 4 years and until I made a radical change in my life I could not feel better. Change your diet, your way of thinking and feeling and you will see how you will feel better and recover your life. I am a Certified Life Coach, with studies in Personal Nutrition and alternative therapies.

My method is to understand the person, what his goals are, his diet and what he wants from his life. Together with the person we set goals to recover both physically and spiritually. Together we design a meal plan according to the conditions and we are releasing blockages that do not allow progress.
