About Donell
My name is Donell, MSN, RN, I have been nursing since 2015. My experience ranges from nursing home, step-down ICU (PCU), and ER. I have also traveled and was a part of a wonderful crew in Detroit helping during COVID. I have been teaching since 2021, and love it! I have had the experience of assisting many students to walk across the stage, hitting the milestones in their lives.

I have a way of delivering the material that helps you understand what you're reading and how to apply it clinically and on your test. I will be able to help all levels of nursing!
A typical lesson plan for me is to go over the things my students are struggling with. Then, I find a way to make it all make sense through tips, memory tricks, and learning what to look for when answering test questions, especially the NCLEX.
