This guy is legit. I've been going to the same gym with him for almost a decade. He honestly is the most consistent and dedicated person I know when it comes to training. He's given me plenty of advice when it comes to muscle building, healthy eating and even cardio when I wanted to lose stubborn belly fat. I am a 5'6" man approaching my 30's. He's helped me meet my bulking goals(205 lbs) and my cutting goals(155 lbs). Without his advice and knowledge, I couldn't have done it without him!
