About Sameeksha
I am a postgraduate in law, LL.M in criminal and security law, have been preparing for government legal exams (judiciary, APO, UGC NET JRF).
I have qualified UGC NET in 3rd category (PhD only), and also Andhra Pradesh SET exam in 2024.
I believe in sharing knowledge not only to make others learn but also to learn from everyone around. I also know how overwhelming legal studies can feel, especially if you don't have legal support and background from your family.
Sharing knowledge and teaching is about supporting learners and working towards the best possible outcome for all of us in this noble field.

Firstly comes concept clarification, then statutory provision, the important case laws, examples.
My approach would be concept-based, structured rather than a sequence of sections of bare acts.
I believe that law becomes easy when the foundation is clear, so beginning with the basic concept, the purpose behind law, and real-life situations.
