About Morgan
With over a decade of teaching experience, I’ve learned that yoga is far more than movement—it’s a conversation with the body. Over the past 10+ years, my practice has evolved into an exploration of mobility, functionality, and breath awareness. Through movement, I’ve learned how to truly listen to my body—understanding what it needs, when to rest, and when to expand. My goal as a teacher is to help others cultivate that same connection: to move more freely, breathe more deeply, and live more intentionally in their own bodies.
