About Tayla
I teach 1:1 yoga which is personalised for your level, needs and ability. Inperson or online. This is great for all levels of yoga practitioners from beginners-intermediate to be in the correct adjustment and alignment of each pose so it deepens the stretch and benefits.
1:1 breathwork I guide you through a breath journey to heal, feel and release. Breathwork has many benefits and is very healing. With an experienced person holding space for you through it, it allows you to go deeper.
1:1 coaching/mentoring - where do you want to be in life and how to get there what tools to be using. What’s holding you back? Having deep conversations and guidance to live your dream life.
