With a foundation in Tantric Hatha yoga, Sam has influences from several Eastern mind/body traditions. With a very flow like vinyasa style incorporating energy movement throughout the body, Sam focuses on using bandhas and breath.
Typical lessons can vary between 45-90 minutes.
Sam has completed a 200 hour Tantric Hatha yoga teacher training, and completed 100 hours shaking medicine teacher training. Responsible for the runnings of a yoga studio in Jindabyne.
Lessons can be tailored to any age, level and capabilities.
