She takes one on one yoga therapy for my mother (58), who has depression amongst other mental health issues. I am very happy with her work.

She is really patient with my ma and teaches very effectively. She is punctual, and in each session I observe, she is fully involved and focused. She also took my feedback on some points very constructively. Her communication is good.

Overall, she has a vibe of calm & simplicity. That's why I think she is an excellent teacher and a good person, really.

Rucha is very experienced and knowledgeable in her field. She focuses on working out on the strength of each of her students. Explains the pros & cons of every asana. I'll highly recommend her yoga classes.
