About Megan
I am a Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour YTT yoga teacher. I have been teaching in a variety of settings for three years and have experience with a variety of experience levels, ages (including children), and styles of yoga. I also have an educational background in Psychology, Child Life, and Community Health. I work and teach from a trauma-informed approach and intend to meet every individual where they are at in their own practice.

I’m a yoga teacher with experience in private, gym, and studio settings with a variety of asana styles. I believe there is something in this practice for everyone and will work with you individually or in a small group to determine what your intentions are and what you would like to receive from the practice. This allows me to customize our session(s) together and ensure an amazing experience! WAside from the physical practice (asana), I can work with you in other limbs such as breathwork and meditation. I also offer Human Design work and coaching combining multiple modalities to help you connect mind and body for overall well-being. Whether you’re looking for a laid back and fun one time class for a special event or seeking a deep dive into your own personal practice, reach out and we can chat!
