About Tanmay
I am a yoga performer, I have been giving yoga classes on weekends at Shivaji Park. I am starting it in Worli now. I have represented yoga on a national level in federation competitions of Yoga. Come and feel relieved with me on weekends!

I start with warmups, then easy beginner asans depending on the difficulty level of each session, suryanamaskars and then we end with mindful and peaceful meditations and pranayams. Its easy and relaxing. My students enjoy the sessions. You can also search Yoga by tanmay on google.
