About Holistic

Hi, I'm Sharad, and I've been practicing alternative therapies for 20 years. Nature cure has been a central part of my life, and I'm grateful for the many benefits it has brought me, from physical health to emotional well-being.

I've been teaching alternative system for the past two decades, and it's been an incredibly rewarding experience. I've had the opportunity to work with students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. I've taught in a variety of settings, from yoga studios to corporate offices, and I love the diversity of experiences that teaching yoga brings.

Over the years, I've developed a teaching style that is supportive and encouraging, yet challenging and inspiring. I believe that yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, and I strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment in my classes.

One of my areas of expertise is breath work, which I believe is an essential component of any yoga practice. I also enjoy teaching meditation, and helping students develop a deeper connection to their inner selves.

Another aspect of my teaching that I'm passionate about is working with individuals with specific health conditions or injuries. I've developed modifications and variations to help them safely and effectively practice yoga, and it's incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact that yoga can have on their lives.

Overall, my experience as a yoga teacher has given me a deep understanding of the practice and its benefits, and the ability to share that knowledge with others in a way that is accessible and empowering.
