About Mai
I am Certified Yoga Teacher by YogaAlliance. My background includes years of diligent practice, extensive and thorough training by the YogaLondon School and happy years of sharing as a Yoga Teacher in London. I greatly appreciate this path that allows me to transform my life experience but also to communicate my love for Yoga to others. Born and raised in South East Asia, formed by a modern Yoga school, in love with the analysis of Eastern philosophical currents, passionate about clinical anatomy and definitely dedicated to a restorative practice, I combine in my practice the techniques at the crossroads of knowledge of yesterday and today, always benevolent, non-dogmatic who serve a single purpose: the well-being found in the meeting of oneself. I am waiting to share my practice with you.

My method of teaching is in the image of my personal practice which puts forward the total respect of the physical body and the psychic state. The conscious breathing, the movements and the postures of Hatha are so many ways of connecting with the body to feel the points of energy blockage finally to disengage them gradually and smoothly. A profitable practice is a practice that combines the stimulation and strengthening of the physical body with the repair of the psychic and emotional state. The practice of Hatha Yoga prepares the body to a meditative state whose many beneficial effects for the immune system are no longer to demonstrate. My course begins with a gentle warming of the joint followed by reinforcing sequences (Yang) alternate moments of passive stretching (Yin). The course always ends with a meditative relaxation, a reduced model of Yoga Nidra, which allows the body to benefit optimally all the positive effects of Hatha practice.
