About Aria Marta

I came to yoga not as a career plan, but as a practice that genuinely changed my life—and eventually, I couldn't imagine not sharing it with others. So I made a decision that surprised a lot of people: I stepped away from a corporate career in product management to spend six months in Rishikesh, India, studying yoga at its source.

I hold a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Adhiroha Yoga School, completed in late 2025, followed by an extended immersion deepening my practice with experienced master teachers. My training spans Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar-influenced alignment, Pranayama, and meditation, and I am currently completing a Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga Teacher Training, reflecting my commitment to meeting students at every stage of life.

About the lesson

My classes are built on one simple belief: yoga is for every body, no exceptions. I teach with props, modifications, and a close eye on you, because a pose that works for one person may need to look completely different in your body.

Every class is tailored to where you are in your journey. I'll track your progress, celebrate your growth, and help you improve in ways that are meaningful to you- whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time, working toward a specific goal, or simply looking to build strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing. You'll leave feeling better than when you walked in.

My approach draws on Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar-influenced alignment, Pranayama, yoga philosophy, and meditation: a complete practice, not just the physical poses.
