About Tess

Hi, I am Tess.

I am a pharmacist, a yoga and mindfulness instructor and a life coach

I help ambitious and anxious women regulate their nervous system to get their energy and power back.

I teach in French and English. In my classes, I'll teach you how to relax, heal, and be more flexible through hatha yoga, breath work, and meditation.

The rate for 1 hour are the followings :

50$ online
80$ in my place

I only work with women.

About the lesson

I help people ease their anxiety, pain, and inflammation by releasing blocked emotions.

Thanks to my classes, you will be more present, energized, and self-aware.

I always start my classes with anchoring techniques like the body-scan, followed by breath-work to ease the mind and generate energy.

Then, I guide you through asana (posture).

Asana helps to activate your energy centers, which are specific organs that release the necessary hormones in your body.
Asana also helps to release tension and decrease inflammation, making it easier to connect with your body.

I'm not a typical yoga instructor.
I help you relax, heal, and be more flexible. Additionally, I can explain the science behind yoga (if you're interested)."
