About Linda
I am a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, USA. I have completed 200hr YTT in Bali. A few years ago, I've dealt with insomnia. Yoga helped me to relax my body and soon I realized I was falling asleep much easier. Ever since then, I fell in love with yoga. I would love to share my knowledge and yoga journey with you. I value each and every person who joins my class and look forward to helping all of you to achieve your wellness goals.

ONLINE YOGA CLASS. You don't have experience in yoga? No worries. I'm here to assist you. I specialize in teaching those who are new to yoga practice who enjoy learning at their own pace. Currently, I am only available online. Classes featured include beginner yoga classes, vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, free meditation classes, and yin yoga, and yoga for stress relief and relaxation. These yoga classes are suitable for everyone.
