About Henrick
Formed in India in 2014 in a YOGA University, I then deepened my knowledge within the framework of a Master of Yoga and Yogatherapy.
I started giving lessons to my colleagues on a regular basis in 2017 and then it became an official activity (during the lunch break) in the company where I worked as an engineer.
I love and I used to transmit my knowledge and my passion for yoga, meditation, Indian philosophy.

I offer yoga classes (and / or relaxation, meditation, breathing) at home or online for beginners and intermediates.
These courses are personalized and adapted to your desires and motivations.
They can also take the form of an intensive mini course to seriously initiate a change in lifestyle (1h or 1h30 per day for one or two weeks for example). I adapt to your nature, your needs and your preferences.
Practical aspects:
• Availability during the day, evening and weekends.
• Classes in French, English (or even in Spanish if you allow me time to refresh my memory).
• I mainly travel to Marseille.
• You just need a yoga or gym mat or even a camping mat to get started.
• Online courses take place on Skype or Whatsapp (or other to be agreed)

Online rate: 30 € / h
It is possible to make small groups of 4 people maximum (lessons at home or online), for the same price. You then divide the price by the number of people present, isn't that great ?!
In these times of confinement, you can "regroup at a distance", that is to say that even if you do not live together, I offer lessons on skype for 3 or 4 people at the same time).
