About Priscilla

over these four years I have had the privilege of sharing the learning with people of different ages and multiple cultures. thus generating profound changes in the consciousness of people to interact in a more loving way with his body. Seeing the results that come from the hand of perseverance, dedication and discipline. The body is one of the most noble paths toward self-knowledge. A way to freedom expressed in Health.

About the lesson

Yoga teacher; Thai Massage Therapist (300h RYT), USA; ballerina, child educator and sociocultural operator. It comes from a long work of research and interdisciplinary training body.
Priscilla the last decade has been studying various disciplines of bodywork, in countries like India, United States, Spain and Venezuela. It passionate about her work now in Barcelona sharing their knowledge with children, adults, couples and seniors. in the versatility of their classes you will find a rich combination of techniques based on the elements of Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga; Dance and Thai massage therapy. always adapting to the levels, capabilities and limitations of each person.
