About Divya
Namaste! I’m Divya Yadav, a certified yoga teacher guiding students worldwide. I teach Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Full- Body Flow, Power Yoga, along with Pranayama and Meditation, specially designed for beginner and intermediate students. What I teach : Hatha Yoga Asanas: strengthen your body internally and externally Kriyas: detoxify and cleanse naturally Pranayama: stress relief, energy balance and support the inner healing Meditation & Mantras: emotional balance, clarity and peace in everyday situations. I’ll guide you on a holistic yoga journey that will not only fix your health, but change the way you live your life.
