About SHUBHANGI
Namaste! I am Shubhangi Javeri, an M.Sc. in Yoga and a Certified Yoga Teacher with a deep passion for helping people make yoga a meaningful part of their daily lives.
My approach to yoga goes beyond physical exercise. I believe in combining traditional yogic practices with a practical and personalized approach to support physical well-being, mental relaxation and a balanced lifestyle.
I am trained in Yoga, Medical and Therapeutic Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. I work with each student according to their individual needs, comfort level and goals, with special attention to correct practice and gradual progress.
As a teacher, I am patient, supportive and attentive. My aim is to create a comfortable environment where students can learn yoga with confidence and develop a consistent practice.
I believe in “Quality over Quantity” and value personal attention, proper guidance and a mindful approach to every session.

My yoga sessions are personalized according to each individual’s age, fitness level, health condition and personal goals. I believe in quality over quantity and focus on giving proper attention to every student.
Each session is planned with a balanced combination of warm-up practices, asanas, breathing techniques, pranayama, relaxation and meditation, depending on the individual’s needs and capacity.
I focus on correct posture, alignment, breathing awareness and gradual progression. My teaching approach is supportive and easy to follow, especially for beginners.
I offer Personal Yoga, Weight Loss Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Medical and Therapeutic Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.
Classes are suitable for adults, women, beginners, senior citizens and individuals looking for personalized yoga guidance. Prenatal, postnatal and therapeutic sessions are planned according to individual requirements and appropriate health guidance.
Personal Home Yoga sessions and Online Yoga sessions are available.
