Hello, friends!
My name is Sofia and I'm a 500hr RYT Certified Yoga Instructor (Yoga Alliance International, India) with 3 years of teaching experience and 12 years of personal practice. I would be happy to become a part of your yoga journey.
For me, yoga is a path, and every person has their own one.
I believe that the movement in asana does not end, and asana is not just a form to be taken, but a process to be lived through.
In my life, yoga is a tool to help explore, examine and live (through the heart!) this life. No doubt this ancient practice has countless benefits for our bodies and minds.
My private sessions are client-centric with a focus on holistic well-being and if needed may include not only physical aspects, but also consultation on the nutrition plan and daily schedules, as well as deal with psychological issues through the prism of yoga philosophy. I will also help you find or create the type of practice that will be most effective for you according to your needs.
