About Jyoti

I am a certified yoga trainer. I love teaching yoga as it's my passion. Since 3rd class I started practicing yoga and my health outcomes after this were highly effective. I am a yoga gold medalist and won a trophy as best yoga team captain.

About the lesson

My interactive and passion to teach yoga sessions would be the way of attraction for my class. I'll also help in taking off mental stress of my patients. I'll be taking morning sessions. My sessions would be effective. I'm a nutritionist as well so I could help you to guide through diet routine.

Perfect! Jyoti Mam is a great tutor for yoga. She is kind caring and understanding person. I took yoga sessions from her. She understood my issues and worked on my requirements.
I really enjoy taking sessions from her, right from the basic exercise to yoga asanas followed by pranayama and meditation.
I strongly recommend her to everyone including my family and friends.
