About Soniya
Namaste.! I’m an internationally certified Yoga Instructor and a YCB (Yoga Certification Board), Ministry of AYUSH Level 3 Certified Yoga Teacher and Evaluator, completed 1000+ hours in learning and have taught over 100+ people.I am also certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, specializing in guiding women through safe and mindful practices during and after pregnancy.
My teaching approach combines Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Meditation, and Yogic Kriyas to support both physical fitness and mental well-being. I believe yoga is more than just movement—it’s a holistic practice that nurtures the body, mind, and inner self.
My goal is to help students build strength, flexibility, confidence, inner balance, and a deeper connection with themselves through the transformative power of yoga.
