About Jo
I studied yoga casually with my mother, which grew into a passion. I eventually travelled to India to become a Hatha yoga instructor, which was supplemented by additional training in the India art of Kalaripayattu. I returned to the UK and further developed my teaching and learned the Yin style as I did. I currently teach in small groups on Zoom.

My approach comes from my previous background in personal training where I worked with clients who had injuries and needed rehabilitation. I myself have injuries, and found yoga benefited me greatly. I work from a place of consideration for the limitations that people have. I am thorough in instruction, consideration of my students needs and want the best for anyone who I take on.
