I really enjoyed meeting Sophia. She was cheerful, enthusiastic, and very polite throughout the lesson. She already understands quite a lot and can read with ease. She shows real interest in improving her Greek and it’s clear she genuinely wants to learn and build on what she already knows. A lovely student to work with and a very enjoyable first lesson.

I had a lovely trial lesson with Mary yesterday. She is super friendly, polite, and very eager to learn. Even though she is starting the language from scratch, she visits Greece often and has family ties there, which gives her a great starting point. It was a joy getting to know her, and I look forward to our future lessons together. :)

I really enjoy working with Yasmine. She is incredibly polite, patient, and always ready to learn during our lessons.

Yasmine has a strong Greek background, which shows in her reading and lovely pronunciation. While she initially thought she didn't have enough vocabulary, she actually has a very good bank of words already. We just need to bring them to the surface. Our next step is to build on this foundation by working on her grammar and verbs, helping her connect all those words together so she can express her thoughts smoothly.

What a cheerful and enthusiastic young lady Angelina is!!! She made a wonderful first impression. From her very first message, it was clear she was genuinely excited to start. She already has a strong connection to Greek through her family and friends, and you can hear it in the way she speaks — the sounds come naturally, and she already has a good amount of vocabulary.

During our trial lesson she was focused, thoughtful, and very easy to work with. She picked up the grammar points quickly and understood what we were doing straight away. What she needs now is simply to organise what she already knows and put the pieces of the puzzle together. She’s polite, motivated, friendly and super smiley! :)

What a marvelous first lesson! Marcee is such a warm, enthusiastic, and easygoing student with a beautiful, smiley energy. We had a wonderful chat about her upcoming trip to Greece, and we’ve already made fantastic progress. I was incredibly impressed by how quickly she picked up and magically nailed the trickiest letter, of the Greek alphabet - ghamma-, on her very first try with absolutely no problem at all! She is a total delight to teach, and I am so excited to help her prepare for her August trip to Greek. I really look forward to our next lessons together!

Jewel is a wonderful student to work with. She is incredibly sweet, polite, and bright. Because she already has a grasp of the basics from her past studies, it’s really fun taking things from the beginning with her and seeing how quickly she connects the dots. I met Dominic today for the first time for our first trial/introductory/get to know each other meeting. What a wonderful surprise he was for me! He’s an exceptionally kind and polite young man, very easy to talk to and a pleasure to get to know. His Greek is already at a great level, with clear pronunciation, wonderful accent and a rich vocabulary! I was truly impressed and I am genuinely looking forward to working with him!!!

I met Ben today for the first time for our trial lesson. A very intelligent young man, with a great sense of humour, kind and polite, who picks up very quickly and eager to learn!! Great pronunciation and understanding of new grammar structures! It was a great pleasure to meet him and the lesson ran smoothly!!

I had the pleasure of having a trial lesson with Louie who came with a genuine curiosity and a clear desire to learn. What stood out was his motivation to not just memorise, but to understand
the structure and nuances of the language. He was comfortable asking questions, which made the lesson interesting and engaging. His politeness and friendliness made the lesson go smoothly and flowey. It was a rewarding experience to see how interested was to learn new
concepts and build his
foundational skills. I'm
confident that with this level of commitment, he will make excellent progress.

Our trial lesson with Agustina was great! Despite a couple of technical hiccups, the session was smooth and enjoyable. Agustina is friendly, intelligent, and always smiling. Her pronunciation is excellent, and she picks up new concepts quickly.

Agustina is genuinely interested in learning Greek. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude was contagious!

I enjoyed every single lesson I had with Phil. We only had a number of lessons because of the nature of his request and the reason he needed to take only a few. He made me very proud of him and I wish him all the best!!!

An absolute delightful person and trial lesson! It was my honour to meet Susan, converse with her and realise that she has a very good knowledge of the Greek language. We had a great first trial lesson with Harry and Sarah and a follow up, too. They are a joy to tutor; both polite and fun, making the lesson fun and enjoyable. Not only eager and curious to learn but also enthusiastic. The time flew by without us even realizing it. I'm really looking forward to more lessons with them!

It was last week when I had the trial lesson with Niki's 11 year-old boy. A sweet young boy who's got a good knowledge of the Greek alphabet. He can easily read and recognise the various letter combinations. He is motivated and I'm confident that he will be an excellent student!

We had our trial and first lesson and I can definitely say that Charles is a quick learner. Although he is not a beginner - he already knows Greek grammar and vocabulary - he is very adaptive, curious, fun to teach and friendly. I did enjoy our lessons very much!

My lesson with Richard was enjoyable and I was pleasantly surprised to hear him use Greek words effortlessly. He is eager to learn and also curious about the structure of the language. Although, a beginner I am sure that Richard will be making fast progress! I am looking forward to our future lessons!!

Emily has a strong Greek background and family! She has been exposed to the Greek language since childhood which helps her understand the language structure. Our first lesson was fantastic! Emily was easy to talk to, friendly and pleasant! Her pronunciation and accent when repeating words were brilliant! I do not doubt that she will be a great student!!!

During our trial lesson and our first meeting Mandy was a seer delight. Friendly, polite, smiley, and enthusiastic to learn. Mandy has already been exposed to the Greek language because of family connections and is already familiar with the sounds of it. I loved my lesson with Dimitri :). We have just finished our trial lesson and I have to say tha Dimitris is a wonderful young man, smart, polite and he picks up very quickly. Initially, he only wanted to start learning conversational Greek but he was willing to also try the alphabet. I believe it was a beautiful surprise for both of us because Dimitris not only picks up very quickly but he was also able to read whole sentences in Greek. Well done!!! Be very proud of yourself!!!

Today's trial lesson with Peter was great!!! It was such a wonderful surprise to hear him speak in Greek. The whole lesson went smoothly, and Peter's motivation to improve his skills was very obvious. We talked about various topics in a nice and relaxing way! I am so looking forward to our future lessons!!

Our trial lesson with Joonas was very smooth and interesting. I was impressed with his pronunciation, the questions he was posing (which made it very challenging and interesting for me), his motivation, his intelligence and politeness. It will be my pleasure to have him as my student and I am sure that he will make a great progress.

After a few bumps trying to arrange a convenient time for both of us, we finally had our trial lesson. And it was great! Aneta is a very kind and polite person, very communicative and a bright and intelligent student. Her reading is excellent, her pronunciation is absolutely fantastic and she picks up very quickly. She seems very committed and goal-oriented, and I am sure she will progress quickly. I would be honoured and privileged to have her as my student!!
