About SM Mahmudur

Hello! I’m SM Mahmudur Rahman (MSC in Bioinformatics, BSc and MSC in Biochemistry) a Technical IT Manager at Stylezworld Inc., a software and app development company in Mississauga, Canada where I’ve been working since 2011.

In addition to my professional work, I have a strong passion for teaching and tutoring. With 100% in all math courses and 98% in chemistry, I have the experience and knowledge to help students excel in math, science, and coding. I teach students from Grade 5 to 12, as well as college and university-level students, using AI technology and my fully interactive digital learning platform. My teaching method is designed to make your child smarter in a short amount of time by building their confidence and turning them into experts in math and coding.

My goal is to make learning enjoyable, efficient, and impactful. With the use of cutting-edge technology, I ensure every student receives a personalized learning experience that sets them up for long-term academic success.

About My Math/Coding/Science Lessons:

My lessons are designed to be highly personalized, engaging, and results-driven. Here’s how I ensure an exceptional learning experience:
• Initial Assessment of Skills and Weaknesses:
• Before starting, I assess each student’s current skill level and identify their weaknesses in areas such as algebra, arithmetic, trigonometry, geometry, functions, calculus, or other math topics and same thing for Coding, Physics and Chemistry.
• I use a custom-developed web application integrated with AI-powered digital technology to analyze these skill levels efficiently and accurately.
• Two-Day Foundation Course:
• Based on the assessment, I design a two-day foundation course to address all identified weaknesses.
• This ensures the student has a strong base before moving on to their academic curriculum.
• Real-Life Applications for Better Understanding:
• Each unit of math often involves complexities, so I incorporate real-life examples to make the topics relatable and engaging.
• This approach helps students see the importance of each concept, making learning more enjoyable and meaningful.
• Multiple Teaching Approaches:
• If a student struggles to grasp a concept, I adapt my teaching style and employ second or third approaches until the lesson is fully understood.
• Compulsory Quizzes After Each Lesson:
• Every lesson is followed by a short, auto-generated online quiz to evaluate understanding.
• Students must achieve 80% or higher. If not, I revisit the topic with a new teaching approach and provide detailed explanations for mistakes.
• Parent Updates:
• Parents are notified after each quiz or test with updates on their child’s performance and progress.
• I also host a feedback and discussion session after every 8 lessons to gather input from parents and ensure we’re strengthening the student’s skills effectively.
• Balanced Schedule for Practice:
• I conduct a maximum of two classes per week to give students ample time to practice math problems assigned through my online platform.
• Cutting-Edge Digital Learning Platform:
• All activities, assessments, and lessons are conducted through a custom digital platform I developed using my expertise in coding, backed by my Masters in Bioinformatics and professional experience as a Technical IT Manager in a software and app development company.
