About Joseph
I'm an accomplished singer and songwriter, guitarist and multi-instrumentalist. I've played in bands, solo, at weddings, festivals, gigs, and I've taught music and run music workshops for 10+ years. My main project at the moment is called @jankybutton and we're independently releasing music usually every 6-8 weeks, check us out!

As a music teacher I've always been most concerned with teaching students to teach themselves more than anything else! Everything I do in a lesson is geared towards you becoming a more self-sustaining musician, my end goal is that students are simply able to use their ears to figure out most of what's happening in any given song or piece. Teaching you to see your instrument as an extension of you and your voice, rather than a piece of wood with strings that you have to battle! Come and take a lesson with me and you'll see what I mean!
