I'm a former Principal Flute in Hong Kong Children's Symphony Orchestra, with 10 years of playing experience and ABRSM Grade 8 since age 14. I'm reliable and well-organised, and I take teaching seriously — I show up prepared, communicate clearly, and adapt to each student's pace and goals.

My lessons focus on solid fundamentals — breath control, tone, and technique — built through a relaxed, low-pressure approach, because students progress faster when they enjoy playing rather than dread it. I'm happy to work towards exam grades (ABRSM/Trinity) if that's a goal, or keep things purely enjoyment-focused, whatever suits the student. Lessons suit complete beginners through early-intermediate players, and all ages are welcome. A typical lesson runs 30–60 minutes depending on age and level; younger beginners often do better with shorter 30-minute sessions as concentration fades quickly.
