About Selene

I enjoy teaching violin because it allows students to express emotions in a deeply artistic and meaningful way. My experience with different learners has shown me that every student has unique strengths, so I design lessons that support individual learning speed and musical goals effectively.

I believe consistent practice, patience, and proper guidance are essential for mastering the violin. I create a calm and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable practicing, making mistakes, and improving gradually. I focus on helping learners build strong technical foundations while also developing creativity and musical sensitivity.

Outside teaching, I enjoy listening to classical orchestral music and exploring different violin styles from around the world. I continuously refine my teaching methods to make lessons more engaging and effective. My aim is to help students become confident violinists who can perform with skill, emotion, and confidence on any stage.

About the lesson

I am a professional Violin instructor with 9 years of teaching experience and formal training in classical music performance. I have helped beginners and intermediate learners build strong foundational skills in violin playing, including posture, finger placement, bow control, intonation, and rhythm accuracy. My lessons are structured to develop both technical ability and musical expression step by step.

My teaching style is practical, patient, and performance-oriented. I focus on breaking down complex techniques into simple exercises so students can learn comfortably without confusion. I include scales, etudes, classical pieces, and modern adaptations to build versatility and confidence. I also emphasize ear training, timing, and tone production so students can develop a well-rounded musical ability.

Over the years, I have trained students for school music exams, stage performances, and personal artistic growth. I provide customized practice routines, correction feedback, and gradual skill progression plans to ensure steady improvement. My goal is to help students enjoy violin playing while developing discipline, precision, and emotional expression in music.
