About Palash
I'm Palash and my main purpose behind teaching Calisthenics is to bring this next level of fitness in India. Very few people here know about these exercises which don't even need any equipment, you can do it anywhere and anytime. These different types of exercises help you gain the strength as well as balance and concentration in your life. Everyone should try these unique workouts at least once in their lifetime.

I teach Calisthenics in a very raw form. Starting from the basics to all the way advanced training. I've experience of 3 years of doing calisthenics and myself trying various different methods. Through my experience I've made a combined plan of all the experts throughout the world!
