About Adam
I have taught at a large comprehensive school for the last 17 years and am in my twentieth year of teaching.
I work with a national education group and regularly present at national conferences speaking around issues related to physics education.
I am passionate about education and helping young people to reach their potential.
My master's degree in education was focused around modelling and grasping invisible concepts and am very passionate around this aspect of Physics education.

With my experience and knowledge of the specifications and exam boards I am aware of likely pitfalls and misconceptions and can guide learners to avoid these.
With a comprehensive grasp of minimising cognitive load and delivery of content I will be able to ensure any gaps in learning are well understood.
With experience of being an examiner as well as a highly respected teacher I am able to ensure you understand the demands of examination and are able to apply your knowledge to ensure you get full marks.
With 20 years experience in the classroom there is no learning need I haven't met and helped - if you are pushing for a grade 4 at GCSE or an A* at A level I know how to guide you and ensure outcomes.
Equally my experience as a teacher means I will structure sessions for the time to be high impact and jolly along the way.
