About Manju

I am an experienced educator with 24 years of teaching experience and a genuine passion for working with children. Throughout my career, I have guided students with different learning styles and academic needs, helping them build confidence, discipline, and a positive attitude towards learning.

I believe that every child has potential and can succeed with the right guidance and encouragement. My approach combines patience, consistency, and individual attention to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel motivated to ask questions and express themselves freely.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping students improve academically while also developing confidence in communication, public speaking, and independent thinking. Seeing my students grow into confident and responsible learners is the most rewarding part of my work.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed according to each student's learning pace and requirements. With 24 years of teaching experience, I focus on building strong fundamentals, clearing concepts, and helping students develop confidence, discipline, and good study habits.

I teach all subjects (except Computers) for Classes 1–8 across CBSE, ICSE, and WB boards, including Bengali as a 3rd language. I also teach Hindi for Classes 8–12. In addition to academics, I help students prepare for debates, elocution, extempore, recitation, and other speaking activities.

A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes and includes concept explanation, practice, doubt-solving, and revision. I believe learning should be interactive and encouraging, while also instilling discipline, responsibility, and consistency in students.

My classes are suitable for students who need academic support, exam preparation, language guidance, or help in developing communication and public-speaking skills. My goal is not only to improve grades but also to help students become confident, disciplined, and independent learners.
