About Cora
I am a passionate chess tutor who enjoys helping students discover the intellectual challenges and rewards of the game. Through years of teaching experience, I have worked with beginners and advanced players, helping them strengthen their strategic thinking and overall performance. My lessons focus on both skill development and enjoyment of learning.
Chess teaches valuable life skills such as patience, planning, discipline, and critical thinking. I enjoy sharing these benefits with students while helping them become stronger and more confident players. Seeing learners improve their decision-making abilities and achieve personal milestones inspires my commitment to effective chess instruction.
I believe successful learning happens when students feel supported and motivated. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and tailored to individual needs. By creating a positive learning environment and providing structured guidance, I help students develop both their chess abilities and the confidence needed to perform at their best.

My chess lessons are designed to help students understand the game from the basics to advanced strategic concepts. I teach opening principles, tactical patterns, positional play, endgame techniques, and decision-making skills through structured instruction. Lessons are adapted to each student’s experience level, allowing them to develop confidence and improve steadily with practical guidance.
I use interactive analysis, puzzle-solving exercises, game reviews, and strategic discussions to strengthen understanding. Students learn how to identify opportunities, avoid common mistakes, and think several moves ahead. Regular practice games and personalized feedback help build analytical thinking, concentration, and problem-solving abilities that support long-term chess improvement.
My goal is to make chess both educational and enjoyable. By combining theory with practical application, I help students develop strong foundations and effective playing habits. Whether preparing for tournaments, school competitions, or personal growth, learners receive clear guidance and support to enhance their skills and achieve meaningful progress.
