About Sviatoslav
Hello, i am 28 years old man, i just want to see people happy and healthier, that is why i decided to become a health coach and yoga/reiki teacher, i do practice fitness and yoga for myself every day, i like to exercise my body and i want to share my experience with more people.
I am vegan, i like healthy eating habbits and i am happy to share my good eating habbits with others if they interesting.
I can record videos special for you how to do exercises well.

I provide 45-60 minutes fitness/yoga classes.
1. Warm ups exercises. (RAMP)
2. Pranayama deep breathing exercises to exercise the lungs.
3. Breath retention.
4. Body balance exercises to prevent or reverse disc bulges and herniated spinal discs.
5. Asanas like cat/cow pose, bridge pose, cobra pose, downward facing dog pose etc for healthy posture, to relief back pains, weight lose and strong body.
6. Stretchings.
7. Meditations.
I can provide 15-20 minutes remote energy healing Reiki Usui sessions to relax mentally and physically if you request it.
My experience as a fitness instructor is 2 years, i consult people online and record the videos with exercises for healthy body and life without backpains, streight posture, weight lose, strong and stretched body.
My lessons are for people of any age, i have very good sets of easy-relaxation type of exercises, so older-adult people are welcome as well.
