M.Sc. in Yoga from S-VYASA (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana), Bengaluru — under the guidance of Dr. H.R. Nagendra, renowned yoga guru and personal yoga advisor to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all routines. Every session I lead is carefully structured and result-oriented, designed to address your unique needs — whether it's flexibility, strength, stress relief, pain management, or inner peace.
My teaching philosophy is simple: your progress is my purpose, and your satisfaction is the true measure of every class.
Each session is approximately 60 minutes, though I never rush — if the practice calls for more time, I give it, because meaningful results matter more than watching the clock.
My classes are open to all age groups. Whether you're a child just beginning your yoga journey, a young professional seeking balance, or a senior looking to improve mobility and wellness — there is a place for you here.
