Myself Shalini Arumugam. I have completed my MSc and MPhil in Psychology with 15 years of teaching experience. I have trained counseling in Christian Counseling Centre, Vellore. I have also acted as a resource person for various topics in the field of psychology.

My biggest strength I feel is empathy. Individuals differ in their level of abilities. It is a teacher's duty to understand and facilitate the students. And I work according to that and engage them in my class with examples and activities. The teaching style I prefer is effective use of questions.
