About Hannah
Graduating with a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music provided my foundation. Teaching piano for 9 years has been a process of constant refinement. I admit that sometimes I worry I am too strict about hand position.
My background includes covering music theory, pop and contemporary styles, posture, and memorization techniques. I also focus on grade exam prep for ABRSM and Trinity.
Rhythm and timing are vital. Sight playing and sight reading are core components of my practice. I am a fundamentals-first piano teacher.

During my 9 years of instruction, I have found that building a secure habit is better than rushing through repertoire. We cover rhythm, timing, and theory in every session to ensure you have the tools to play accurately.
