About Cesar
You deserve a guitar tutor who understands that learning improvisation, lead playing, blues progressions, scales, and music theory requires a structured yet creative environment. My work covers reading tabs, ear training, tuning, maintenance, and sheet music, reflecting the same rigorous training I received during my Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance at Trinity Laban. I have spent 6 years of experience working with individuals in their own homes, helping them navigate ABRSM grades and audition prep. You will find that I keep our sessions grounded in technique while maintaining a friendly, lighthearted atmosphere throughout our time together.

Setting the right pace often feels like a balancing act, so I include a monthly recorded review of progress to ensure you can actually hear your own development. Given my background as a conservatoire graduate, I emphasise a deep understanding of music theory and ear training, which helps you move beyond just reading tabs. I integrate those complex skills into our regular practice sessions, keeping the material challenging but accessible to your specific goals.
