About Monica
Physics Hons, MBA (India), Masters in Software Engineering (USA), worked in Washington DC in the IT sector for many years and now back in India. Used to teach computer classes at the university in USA before I started the IT job and have been conduting IT training sessions in my workplace. I also used to participate in debates, therefore love public speaking as well. I want you to know that talking in English is not about perfect grammar but it is about successful communication of your thought. As long as the audience understands what you are trying to say, your goal is achieved even if you missed a noun or a verb. If you can drop the hesitation and fear of judgment, you can become a good English speaker. Let's do this together.

We will use the conversation method to learn English, the more you speak, the better you become. We will together make a list of topics that we can talk about such as family, work, travel, hobbies, current events, movies, relationships, opinions or situations that you encounter in daily life. Instead of teaching grammar by the rule, I will teach while we talk. No memorizing long paragraphs, it will be a natural transition. I will give you practice for home that we will cover in the next class. We will also practice role plays. My class is for adults who can write in English but are hesitant in speaking English, especially public speaking.
