I have 25 years of elementary teaching and counseling experience. my students enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and strong expectations set for them. I believe encouraging students and building in a student’s strength is the key to a student’s success. Encouraging, modeling, accepting mistakes as a key to learning, and building trust describes my classroom and teaching environment.
