About Gregg
With a background of 20 years, working with students who traditionally struggle, I come to the table with 5 degrees and hands-on knowledge that began as a paraprofessional and working in the classroom and then into administration. I have modeled for and coached teachers from their very first year in the classroom to veteran teachers who are wanting to find new ways to build capacity to meet individual student needs.

I take an individualized approach to education, first checking for the needed prior knowledge and then focusing on the lesson at hand with multiple checks for understanding and reteaching if necessary. I believe in testing in a multitude of ways, not just pen and paper.
