I am a 24-year veteran math teacher. I have taught geometry (18 years), algebra, trigonometry, and 8th grade math. I also have worked for my district in reviewing and writing curriculum and assessments for geometry and algebra 1.

I start with assessing basic skills to determine your level of expertise. I then incorporate lessons to include review of concepts needed to be successful. My lessons involve discovery of concepts and connecting to previous learned concepts. I do not believe in rote memorization. I tutor in geometry, algebra, trigonometry, and middle school math.
