I want to teach others because I understand how frustrating it can be too not understand something in lessons, before starting the lesson I will talk too my students and ask them what part off their work they are struggling on and take it from there, little steps at a time until you are confident in that area.

‘Truth is, practice doesn’t make perfection you can always improve and evolve’
I've previously coached primary and secondary students and discovered that I like to structure my sessions by first asking students what their main concerns are about the subject, then creating lesson plans around those concerns so that we can go over each topic one at a time. And I very much enjoy teaching younger kids from ks1 and ks2 as I previously tutored year 1s to year 6s in my previous tutoring company.
My style of teaching is interactive as I first try helping the students in trying to solve problems themselves as that builds their problem solving skills rather than helping them just get the answer. I also believe retrieval practice is very important and is a key in retaining information so before starting off the lesson I would like the students to write everything they remember from the previous lesson on a piece of paper and then take it from there. I believe that it is never too late for improvement and I want the students to think in a positive manner as words you say to yourself can be harsh and you should always be resilient in your studies and success is made up of all the times you have failed.
