About Bosco
I am a Year 12 student at Dulwich College with a strong passion for Mathematics, Chemistry and Computer Science. I am predicted A* in Mathematics, A in Chemistry and A in Computer Science, and I enjoy helping younger students develop confidence and improve their understanding of challenging topics. I have experience mentoring students and explaining complex concepts in a clear, patient and engaging way. Alongside my studies, I have developed my programming skills by creating my own Python game project, strengthening my problem-solving and logical thinking. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, build confidence in their abilities, and achieve their academic goals.

My teaching approach focuses on building both understanding and confidence. At the start of each lesson, I identify the student’s strengths and areas for improvement, then tailor the lesson to their individual needs and learning style. I explain concepts clearly using step-by-step methods and worked examples before guiding students through practice questions to reinforce their understanding. As they become more confident, I introduce more challenging problems and exam-style questions to develop problem-solving skills and prepare them for assessments. Throughout the lessons, I encourage students to ask questions freely and ensure they fully understand each topic before moving on. I can also provide homework support, revision planning, and effective exam techniques to help students achieve their best results.
