About Robbie
As a high achiever in both methods and specialist maths and having a vibrant interest in maths and helping others, tutoring was the best fit for me. Being able to help younger students that are struggling or just want to bump that B+ to an A is a journey that I want to be part of. Being part of the process of developing mathematical thinking into all my students for not just their weekly maths homework but for their other subjects and day to day tasks is my goal.

My tutor sessions tend to go for an hour over google meets covering specifically requested topics or extension on class work. This consists of understand topics and procedures with clarity and then walking through basic questions leading up to letting the student complete questions without any guidance. This then can be developed into a further comprehension of the topic for a greater understanding.
This has been a successful process while tutor fellow class peers and tutors have used on myself. By this method of doing math work on new topics 2-4 sessions a week my maths grades and my class mates rose significantly.
