About Amy
I have been inspired to teach after experiencing myself and people around me struggling under the pressure of exams. I saw how for those struggling, a tutor really helped reduce stress and improve confidence in grades. After achieving results that confirmed I was qualified to teach, I was inspired to help others with the journey of exams. I also enjoy explaining concepts and helping people through difficult questions so tutoring really called to me.

I find starting with explanations of concepts and knowledge at the beginning helps revise difficult topics. Afterwards, I think it is extremely important to practise questions to improve confidence and spark your memory and understanding. Obviously, I would tailor this plan to personal objectives, abilities and subject I am tutoring in.
