About Evie
I am 21 and my main passion in life is to empower women across the world to love their body, increase their confidence and embrace their individuality, which is a gift.
From experience of recovering from an Eating Disorder and being extremely unconfident in my formative years, I have grown into the person I’ve always wanted to be at 21. So I have the tool-kit to help others do the same.
During summer 2023 I took my first solo trip to the USA to teach dance at a summer camp and inspire young women. This ignited my passion.
My business degree has inspired me to develop a life coaching business which I am currently orchestrating.
Dance is a passion that has remained throughout my life and helped me to become the person I am. I want to help you do the same.

About the lesson

Your lessons will be entirely catered to your level. My job is to empower you, because every body looks different and your ability doesn’t determine your worth. You are here to grow.
Each 50 minute session will include a warmup, followed by 35 minutes of dancing and finishing up with a stretch.
I will take you through each dance, breaking down the steps before we do them together. Each session will increase your ability.
These dances and their music can be modified based on ability and enjoyment. We will work together.
If you prefer slower songs to begin, I can create a playlist that is more leisurely. If you‘d prefer a challenge, I will create a more advanced playlist.
Either way, dance fitness is a fun way to increase your stamina, develop your dream body and reach your goals of growing as a person.
