About SKL
I’m a Year 10 student at Normanhurst Boys and part of the team behind SKL Tutoring. Our tutors bring strong math skills and a friendly, patient approach to helping younger students learn.
I’ve struggled with schoolwork myself, so I know how frustrating it can feel when something doesn’t click. That’s why we make room for questions, break concepts into manageable steps and help students build the confidence to try problems independently.

At SKL Tutoring, we offer maths tutoring for Year 6 and Year 7 students, alongside homework help for students across all primary year levels. We help Year 6 students prepare for high school and Year 7 students strengthen their foundations and extend their learning.
Our one-hour lessons are tailored to your child’s pace and needs. Whether they need guidance with homework, help understanding a tricky concept or more challenging material, we support them step by step, drawing on resources from leading Australian schools.
Available online and in person, our lessons focus on building understanding, confidence and independent problem-solving skills—helping your child feel more capable in class and ready for their next challenge.
