About the lesson

My Approach to Tutoring and Teaching Classes starts with Personalization to tailor each lesson to the student’s individual needs and learning style, ensuring that they grasp fundamental concepts before moving on. I break down complex topics into smaller, manageable parts and build on each lesson, ensuring that the student has a solid understanding before progressing. I incorporate visual aids like diagrams, charts, and slideshows to make learning more accessible and enjoyable. I emphasize the importance of practice through worksheets, mock tests, and regular feedback to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Each lesson typically lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the complexity of the material. As a year 9 student, I have excelled in my own studies boasting a 88 in Selective Schools exam and being in High Potential and Gifted Education programs for several subjects such as maths and english. This shows that I have a deep understanding of the OC and selective school exam content. My lessons are designed for primary school students preparing for the Opportunity Class (OC) and selective school exams typically, students aged 8 to 12 who are in years 3 to 6. I would like to have students looking to improve their academic performance, gain a deeper understanding of key subjects, and excel in competitive exams.
