About Viola

As a highly compassionate and approachable teaching professional, with 5-year of hands-on ESL (English for Second Language Learners) teaching for students of all ages, as well as a long-term multilingual user, I am a valuable and effective facilitator for strengthening your English foundation, especially in General English and IELTS preparation.

Graduated from UTAS with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Japanese Studies with a short-term exchange experience, and a certified TESOL qualification, I look forward to meeting friends who fond of learning English and have a strong intention to improve English skills like you.

About the lesson

One of the most effective ways that I assist ESL students is by developing and presenting comprehensible and stimulating lesson plans which facilitate all learning styles. I research, locate, incorporate a variety of resources and activities to accommodate students through visual, audio, tactile, and kinesthetic methods. In addition, I integrate literature, the workshop for improving English Marco skills, phonics activities, and incorporating new technology to ensure my learners are able to comprehend and retain the concepts and the language structures.

My goal is to foster and maintain an open, sincere, communicative, and supportive classroom, in which each student feels safe, secure, memorable, and appropriately challenged.
