No extra fees. Cancellations within 24 hours require

Cancellations require 24 hours notice and 50% payment of normal fees after 1st cancellation. The policy resets after 6 meetings. (For instance, the first cancellation is free, then after six weeks the contract begins again and another free cancellation 24 hours in advance is allowed.) Three cancellations in a 6 week period will result in termination of the contract. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice require full payment.
